Step 1

Choose the Right Home Design

Start by finding the model that fits your goals. Whether you are building an ADU, a primary home, or a rental unit, our team helps you select the right size, layout, and features based on your property and how you plan to use it. We’ll also schedule an initial site visit to assess the space, answer questions, and make sure the design you choose works with your lot’s dimensions, access, and utilities.

Step 2

We Handle the Permits

Getting permits approved can be overwhelming—but we take care of it for you. Menu Homes manages the entire permitting process, including site evaluations, architectural plans, and submittals. Whether your home is going on private property, in a park, or as an ADU, we make sure everything is up to code and on schedule. You will not have to chase cities, counties, or consultants—we handle it all.

Step 3

Place the Order & Begin Site Prep

Once permits are approved, we move quickly. First, we place your home order with the factory and lock in your production schedule. Most homes are built and ready within 4 to 6 weeks. At the same time, we coordinate all site prep including grading, trenching, foundation work, and utility connections. While your home is in production, we make sure your property is ready for delivery, installation, and final inspection with minimal downtime.

Step 4

Deliver and Install Your New Home

Once your home is ready, we coordinate delivery and installation from start to finish. Our team handles transportation, crane scheduling if needed, home set, utility hookups, and all required inspections. We make sure your home is installed correctly and up to code, so you can move in without delays or surprises

Step 5

Pop the Champagne. Your New Space Is Ready.

The hard part is done—it is time to enjoy it. Whether you are moving in, renting it out, or just showing it off, your new home is ready for guests, memories, and whatever comes next. We will wrap up with your final walkthrough, hand over the keys, and let you take it from there. First step: throw a housewarming party.
