Partnering with Wildfire Victims,
Rebuilding Los Angeles Together

Menu Homes is proud to partner with all families who have lost their homes in the recent Los Angeles wildfires.

Through this partnership, we are offering discounted pricing on stylish, modern, fire-resistant, factory-built homes. Our homes provide the fastest path to getting families back into safe, permanent housing—faster than any other available alternative.

Faster, Smarter Housing Solutions

Unlike traditional site-built construction, our factory built manufactured and modular homes are built offsite in a controlled environment and pre-approved by the State of California and are all built in California. Each home is constructed to meet or exceed HUD Federal Code, which streamlines the permitting process dramatically. Only the state-approved foundation system and utility connections require local review, reducing delays and cutting red tape.

Once permits are issued, we can prepare your lot for delivery in as little as 5 to 10 days, with homes arriving on-site within 4 to 6 weeks from the order date. No other rebuilding option offers this kind of speed, reliability, or long-term value.

Why We Do This

We understand how devastating it is to lose a home. It is more than a structure—it is your stability, your history, and your future. As a Los Angeles-based company, this crisis is deeply personal to us. Our founder has lived here for over 40 years. Helping families recover and rebuild in the city we love is at the heart of our mission.

We are working closely with the L.A. County One-Stop Rebuilding Shop, currently serving survivors of the Eaton Fire in Altadena, and with officials in the City of Los Angeles to assist impacted households in the Palisades.

Your Land Is Your Future

In this difficult time, we want to be clear: You do not need to sell your land. Your property is a powerful tool for generational wealth. We are here to help you rebuild it—not lose it. Our team will work directly with you to design, permit, and install a home that keeps your land in your family and your future secure.

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast can I get a new ADU installed after a fire?

From the time permits are issued, we can have your new home on your property in 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the type of home you choose. While your home is being built in the factory, we prepare the site at the same time—grading, trenching, and setting up utilities—so everything is ready for installation as soon as the home is delivered. We fast-track recovery projects and handle everything for you, from delivery and installation to final utility hookups.

Can Menu Homes handle the permitting process for me?

Yes — we handle everything. That includes debris removal, site evaluation, architectural plans, permit applications, utility coordination, delivery, installation, inspections, and final sign-off. Whether you are rebuilding a primary residence or adding an ADU, we manage the entire process from start to finish so you do not have to deal with the back-and-forth with your local city or county.

What makes Menu Homes different from other modular or prefab home companies?

Menu Homes is not new to this space. We’ve been exclusively focused on manufactured housing since 2018, and our team has deep experience working with planning and building departments across California to streamline permitting and approvals.

We specialize in installing homes on permanent foundations, and our builds are designed to look and feel like conventionally built homes—not the typical manufactured homes most people think of. Our designs, materials, and finish levels rival site-built construction while offering major time and cost advantages.

Most importantly, our mission is to help fire victims rebuild without being forced to sell their land. We are here to protect your long-term interests by offering a faster, smarter path to recovery—while helping you retain your property and generational wealth.

Can I customize the design of my home or choose different floor plans?

Yes. Menu Homes offers a wide range of customizable floor plans, including single-section and multi-section homes. You can choose layout options, finishes, and upgrades to fit your style, lot size, and budget. We also offer fire-resistant upgrade packages for added protection.

Is a manufactured home a permanent solution or just temporary housing?

All our Manufactured and Modular Homes are a permanent housing solution. They are built to federal HUD standards, installed on permanent foundations, and designed to meet long-term residential needs. These are not temporary units—they are durable, code-compliant homes that offer the same comfort and stability as site-built housing, with the added benefit of faster delivery and lower cost.

Can you help me understand my insurance coverage for rebuilding?

While we do not offer insurance advice, we can coordinate with your claims adjuster to provide accurate estimates, documentation, and replacement housing options that meet your policy guidelines.
